Reactivating your user account
Due to a massive amount of fake users and orders, it has become necessary to delete fake accounts manually. A large number of fake accounts were deleted, but a couple of real account were lost in the process. E-mails were sent to the concerned users already, but it is possible that these email do not work anymore.
If you cannot access your user account, please follow the process below :
- Create a new user account (this allows you to choose a username, that no one can change even the owner of this website).
- Reply to the purchase or key activation email (generally with a subject begining with “[From SpaceF] ……..” ) stating that you have no access to your account anymore and informing me of your new username or email and if you can remind me of your order, that will make things much quicker. (example: Hi ! I purchased .. (product name) .. on the (date) and would like a reactivation of my account. )
- Once I have all necessary info, I will be able to link past orders to the new account thanks).
- That’s it ! now you can access your order again.
