Rodin Tempered Equalizers
Rodin is a line of equalizers built for mixing and mastering applications. Drawing inspiration from a broad range of applications such as sound-system amplifiers, vintage equalizers, and modern mixing and mastering techniques, the Rodin line focuses on musical response and personality, in addition to being able to recreate a large array of classic equalizer curves, and go beyond their limitations.
Rodin EQ is a tempered equalizer for mixing as well as mastering, built to enhance control and musicality when working with challenging material. It is the original Rodin in a “serial” architecture, great when you want any bass, vocal or instrument shine through the mix. Its sound and non-dynamic character makes it a breeze to use all the time.
Key features include:
- Tempered frequencies (120 positions across 10 octaves from 20 Hz to 20 kHz), divided into Bass / Mids / High sections.
- 14 EQ bands across 3 sections to sculpt bass, mids and highs.
- Bass / Mid / High Trims to create gain curves that are both imitative and customizable, going beyond classic vintage equalizer emulations.
- Specific attention to the behavior of equalizers inside each bass/mids/highs sections, to make them relevant each time.
- Additional full-range parametric EQ band for final corrective adjustments.
- Dual FAT engine placed at strategic points within the filter circuit.
- Comes as stereo and mono devices with MIDI, and mono/stereo insert FX versions.
- Revision 2 available in February/March (with Q-Type and Shelf Ratio like in MBC)

Rodin MBC is a tempered multiband equalizer and compressor built around Rodin EQ, along with an updated version of the FAT algorithm and compressors. It integrates modern needs to multiband dynamic equalization, unlocking the full potential of your DSP for mixing and mastering applications.

- Tempered multiband architecture with harmonically coherent frequency ranges.
- Independent EQ, compression and FAT saturation per band (Bass / Mids / Highs).
- Discrete linked or dual compression per band.
- Multiband mixer Mutes and Trim functions.
- Multiple bypass and sub-mixing stages with level attenuation for accurate comparisons and improved actions.
- Revised VU meters to easily target peak levels for DAW recording.
- Stereo project device only, with MIDI. Not an insert FX.
